My Story

Hi, I’m Inge King — some friends call me the One-Handed Wonder.

When I was 3 years old, I was hit by a car and I have been wheelchair-bound since then. I cannot stand or walk, and I only have the use of one hand.

In the past, it has been very difficult to find an employer tp hire me because my chair is too large for the small work places and I do things slower than most because I am one-handed.

To help support myself, I started crafting  with brilliant, shimmering gems, and selling my work to wonderful people like you! I can create at my own pace, pour love into every piece, and share a little bling and sparkle with the world.

People are amazed at what can be made — useful, beautiful items that brighten everyday life. I’m proud of each creation and even prouder when it becomes a gift or a keepsake that means something special.

Brightside Cafe - community in action

I also work part-time at Brightside Cafe in Buford, GA, which provides meaningful employment to people with special abilities. I even created a sparkling version of their logo for the cafe. Please support Brightside Cafe - they do amazing work, and their drinks and treats are delicious!
